I'll be sharing a simple fried rice recipe using Harvester's Special Dinorado.
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 cups of cooked Harvester's Special Dinorado rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 3-4 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1Tbsp chopped green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat pan to medium heat. Pour olive oil in then add white onions.
- Continuously saute the white onions and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Note: scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with the onions.
- Add the rice to the egg mixture then pour the soysauce.
- Stir and fry the rice and egg mixture until heated through and combined.
- Add chopped green onions if desired.
