Love is really unexplainable because words aren’t enough. 

When you are in love, it feels different.

It always feel like you are floating in the air.

6 years ago, i was just a regular college student who’s happy go lucky. I am taking up BS Psychology at that time and working as a part-timer on a fastfood chain. It wasn’t actually my plan to work that time since i’m still studying but my friend asked me to come with her so i decided to give it a try. Little did i know that’s the perfect time where i can meet my one true love ❤️

And the rest is history . . .

We are now happily in a relationship for 6 years & 5 months to be exact. But the question is, 

“What is our secrets to a long lasting relationship?”

Love & Trust

The most important thing in a relationship is love & trust.

 As what i have said before, words will never be enough! 

You need to show them how you love your partner and that you trust him/her. 

Even in simple ways, you can show how you love your partner. 

Tight hugs when you felt like he has a problem going through or even doing laundries for him/her. Just like my boyfriend, to be honest there are times that i am super tired from work because of voluminous daily transactions in the bank and he can see me frowning then all of sudden he will just ask me if i’m already done washing my clothes and if i say “not yet” he’ll start grabbing the pail and start washing my clothes. I don’t know but i feel flattered & loved  ❤️  Imagine! a guy washing clothes for her girl.. #kiligmuch but seriously, in just simple ways you can manifest love. 

Remember that the “small things you do for love has a big impact!”

Regular Communication

To achieve a healthy relationship, you should always have to make time with each other. 
A simple goodmorning & goodnight messages means a lot. 
What i love about our relationship is we make sure that we always talk. 
He actually drops by everyday at our house to check if i feel ok. 
There are times that he will just visit me to share how 
happy he is that day and vice versa i always find time to meet him at his school. 
Since no one is perfect we are still having conflicts & arguements but regular communication helps us dealing with this. 

Remember that “you should never sleep on an argument!”

Bond with your partner

You should always bond with your partner and always try something new.
 Try visiting newly opened restaurants, play games, travel somewhere 
or even go for some grocery shopping together. 
Bond just like the old times when you guys were still getting to know each other
 wherein you can talk/chat for hours. 
If you feel like you aren’t doing these things, 
now is the time to revive the bond with your partner.

Remember that "you should always have a quality time with your partner"

You should always make yourself beautiful/handsome.
When you came into the point that you are already comfortable with each other,
you will not notice that you are being over confident with him.

Prepare fabric softener solution. For handwash, pour 1-2 sachets of Del to a

Ever think how important grooming your nails?

Us girls love to groom our nails through manicure & pedicure

BUT there are some circumstances where we can't resist difficulties

such as "the waiting game" wherein you have to wait until the liquid nail

polish dry or else you'll get a smudge design inreturn. Another thing,

there are times when i feel like i want some nail art because my nails look pale

but time is gold & you have to forget about it because it will definitely take a lot of time.

I tried to use some nail stickers before but in just one day it fell off 

immediately & i really hate that you can feel the hard plastic sticker on your nails

because it is very uncomfortable.

Let's Start?
First you have to remove the clear cover.

Select the size nail polish strips that best fit your nails. 
Then remove the clear covering, which helps seal and

After removing the clear cover,
Remove the nail polish strip.

Gently peel the nail applique from its paper backing by pulling on the silver tab.



Select end & remove the silver tab to use the other side
 of the double-ended nail appliqués, carefully break away the silver tab.

Apply to nail & gently stretch to fit.

Place and smooth the appliqué on your nail until it is wrinkle-free, 
and gently stretch for a perfect fit. 
To realign or resize, peel off the nail strips, reposition and re-apply.



And lastly, remove excess.
  Crease the nail polish strip over the tip of your nail, 
and remove the excess by filing in a downward motion.

From 50kg to 58.5kg, 

Imagine the weight i gained for two years, I just gained 17 pounds. *sigh* 

Why? It's because i always eat BUT i never workout. Why?

I find working out a bit boring cause you do the usual exercise.

BUT everything has changed since i discovered a new place to workout.

It's none other than . . .

  "Interactive Dance Revolution"

located at 2/F J. Quinto Building, #37 Tomas Morato Quezon City, Philippines

So what's new with this fitness center?

It is a party-themed gym plus it's very budget friendly!

They actually have two rooms.

The Velodrome & The Temproom.

Here's what the Velodrome room looks like.

Velodrome is literally a room full of stationary bikes.
Coach focuses more on leg exercises, regularly cycling also burns a lot of calories and it
 helps boosting the immune system.

What i love about this room is the party-feels and how the coach guide her
fitness buds well.

Next is the Temproom.





You can do boxing, dancing & even circuit training in the Temproom.
Temproom will make you sweat a lot because of the warm room temperature.



When i first saw the Temproom I am actually amazed,
i felt like "WOW" the party lights were very attractive
that it makes me want to groove & dance.
I don't actually dance, but i now think i'll consider.

Even if you are not a dancer, i promise you! the hidden dance talent in you
will definitely come out. I know because i've been there. *hahaha* (no joke)
You'll also not feel awkward while dancing
because it's dark & the loud music helps.

After dancing, we also tried the circuit training wherein we used some
props like drumsticks & dumbells. The circuit training is a bit hard for me but i
think it is because i don't exercise often.

I haven't tried the boxing exercises yet but hopefully "soon".
Don't worry because i'll definitely share it with you guys because
this will not be my last post about IDR.
